An investor hired us to deep clean his rental unit. The old tenants left the carpet completely dirty with pet urine, food stains, and smoke. This was a complete restoration cleaning that required heavy pre-conditioning treatments, deodorizing and sanitizer treatments, and a rotary scrub.
